Central Bank is not allowing any transfer of dollars outside lebanon

Options:
1. Talk to charimain to include the servers in the 12 remaining racks (2 racks are only needed for IT)
	Process:
		- Request a meeting wtih the chairman
		- Tramendous pressure for the cut of electricity in Lebanon
	- Send an email from us to the Chairman
		in CC: Yousif + Haitham + Ogero + Political Friends

2. Add 4 more racks -- 6 in total. then we would have 18 racks in total - around $6K 

NB: PDU Costs around 5600$

3. Built the racks all alone -> 29,340$
